Cliff House offers luxury, contemporary styled, self contained, serviced
accommodation for up to eight people on Northland's beautiful Taiharuru peninsula.
Commanding spectacular views from its clifftop location and settled in 25 acres of
rich farmland, Cliff House provides its guests with a unique blend of privacy and
tranquility. Cliff House is situated only a short distance from Northland's white
sandy beaches, lush forests and internationally renowned diving and fishing. Cliff
House is available all year round.
Facilities
The
Cliff House offers three spacious bedrooms; master with ensuite and two guest rooms
with additional bathroom adjacent. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge areas
have been designed to take full advantage of the breathtaking 180 degree views
encompassing the bay below, north to Tutukaka Point and the Poor Knight Islands in
the distance.
Watch the dolphins frolic below as you dine al fresco on the expansive, sun-soaked
decks that surround the house.
Cliff House is fully appointed with contemporary furnishings and every convenience to
make your stay truly memorable.
Kitchen
The kitchen with its large kitchen block is facing the expansive views to the ocean and the Poor Knights Islands. The
kitchen is equipped with a double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, double dishwasher, breadmaker and Toaster. Tea, coffee and sugar
are provided. The dining area with an extendable table for up to 8 people is adjacent to the kitchen.
Bathrooms
Cliffhouse has two bathrooms, one ensuite to the main bedroom, one adjacent to the other two bedrooms. The
ensuite has a large glass shower, a washing table and a toilet. The other bathroom has a large bathtube, a shower and a double washing table. Towels, hand-towels, hair dryer, shampoo and soaps
are provided. There is an additional separate toilet.
Living Area
Cliffhouse features open plan living at its best. The entire front of the Cliff House opens with foldable doors to the spacious decks.
The large living area has an open fire place and is equipped with two large and two small sofas. One of the large sofas can fold down into a comfortable double bed. The living area has
a HiFi-System, CD Library, TV and DVD/VCR with a large VCR/DVD library, games, playstation and a telescope.
